Day three wasn’t much of an experience as I did 25 minutes of cardio — 2.25 miles — in addition to my five minute warm up cardio in the beginning of my workout, and shoulder/upper back exercises. After waking up today I’m a little sore in my calf muscles from two days of intense cardio and my deltoids are loving me for relentlessly working them out last night.
Taking the next day off and will be going back on Saturday to see how busy the gym is on a weekend day.
